mixed feelings about this hotel

small room unpleasant smell

the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. the location was very convenient to the station.

The room was very small. There was barely room to move. the window faced a wall, so there was no view at all.. it felt a bit claustrophobic. the room also had an unpleasant smell, a bit like sewage, that came and went at random times .

excellent amenities and superb service

care products soundproof room

i found many complimentary items including snacks, various drinks, and helpful self care products. the staff was amazing and always helpful and courteous. i appreciated the effective soundproofing in the rooms which guaranteed quiet nights. the hotel's location is also prime and offered convenient access to many attractions.

the walls are not sound proof, i could hear everything at night. the towels in the bathroom seemed purely decorative. touching them, i felt how dirty they were.
